This is such a beautiful flow. I accepted your challenge and have done this practice (right after a few sips of coffee) for 3 mornings in a row. Wow, my day was definitely energized and I was mentally centered. I plan on doing a yoga practice first thing in the morning for the rest of my life. I usually do yoga mid day or after breakfast, but this is a game changer. Thank you for making my life better and better, I hope to make the world better to pay it forward. :)
