Just a day at work. BC halibut to get my day started today. Just a little guy at 60 lbs but still a magnificent fish.

What happened to the big guy? This halibut‬ from BC with potato crust, minestrone puree, fennel confit, grilled artichoke, Moroccan olives, preserved lemon.
