The Mom Conference is an exclusive full day event taking place on Saturday March 5th, 2016, at The Holiday Inn and Suites in the Kanata Centrum.

The event hosts ten unique speakers covering various aspects of a mother’s life including finances, careers, women and children’s health and development, politics, and entertainment.

There will be approximately 250 attendees, with a target demographic of women aged 25-40 years of age, in the entire Ottawa region, specifically targeted to Kanata, Stittsville, and Barrhaven.

The entire event will be emceed by MAJIC100’s on-air personality, and friend of mine, Katherine Dines.

The goal of the conference is to “provide women with the information, products and services they need to run their lives more informed and less stressed,” says creator Joanne Cooney.  “It’s designed to provide Moms with a fun day out of the house and to save them time and money by bringing all of the resources they need under one roof, for one day.”
