An average American consumes 600 pounds of dairy products every year and 181 pounds of milk beverages. 42 lbs of corn syrup and 400 lbs of vegetables are consumed. 273 lbs of fruits and 134 lbs of wheat are consumed. 86 lbs of fats and oils, 110 lbs of red meat and 73 lbs of poultry are also taken. seafood and eggs are consumed in least quantities. Junk food adds to 2700 calories everyday in your diet.
