You can get an adequate amount of vitamin D by spending some time out in the pure sunlight. A half-hour in the sun is enough to get you the amount you need to start feeling better.

3. Be Mindful of Your Vitamin B Intake

B vitamins are also important vitamins to support your immune system. B6 is responsible for synchronizing the biochemical reactions in your immune system. You can get the appropriate amount of B6 by taking a daily supplement. Alternatively, you can get a good dose of vitamin B6 by eating foods such as chicken, salmon and tuna. You can also find it in chickpeas and some of the world’s favorite green vegetables. Start paying much more attention to your intake of B vitamins and you’ll begin to feel better about yourself overall.

4. Get the Appropriate Amount of Sleep

Getting enough sleep is tremendously vital to your body’s ability to fight off diseases. Many people don’t get enough sleep because of their family obligations, financial troubles and so on. You should make an effort to get at least eight hours of sleep every night. Additionally, you should go to bed at a reasonable time when you do decide to lie down. Going to bed in the wee hours of the morning will most likely make you more tired than you would be if you went to bed between 10 p.m. and 12 a.m. every night.
